Start with these checks
- Provide stackup, special materials and any controlled-impedance requirements.
- Mark bend zones, stiffeners and support tooling on flex drawings.
- Review assembly compatibility with the chosen construction.
Turn the review into a build decision
Keep decisions in the approved build package rather than scattered across messages. Identify the board revision, the person responsible for the decision and any conditions the assembler must follow. Where a process limit or standard applies, confirm the current requirement with the responsible manufacturer or specification owner.
Continue the project review
