Information you choose to provide

An inquiry can include your name, email address, company, project requirements and files you choose to share. Provide only the information necessary to discuss your project. Do not send credentials or unrelated personal information.

How inquiry information is used

We use inquiry details to respond, assess your requirements and maintain the project correspondence. If manufacturing support is needed, relevant information may be referred to a manufacturing partner. Agree on confidentiality requirements before sharing restricted design information.

External quotation pages

Quotation buttons lead to a partner’s website. Any information submitted there is handled under that website’s own privacy terms. This site does not control the partner’s forms or data practices.

Browser tools and storage

The CSV BOM checker processes the selected file in your browser. The DFM checklist can save checkmarks on this device. The budget worksheet uses the values you enter. No advertising or analytics script is included in this site build; hosting providers may keep operational access logs.

Retention and requests

Inquiry records are normally retained for up to 24 months unless they are needed for an ongoing project or a legal obligation. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify that a request relates to you.
